Maria brings over two decades of experience to the table, with a strong work ethic that has been sharpened through her longstanding membership in the Ironworkers Union.  Her dedication to excellence is not confined to the workshop; it also shines through her active role in fostering professional and economic growth within the community. This is further demonstrated by her efforts through her non-profit organization. For Maria, delivering high-quality, prompt, and professional service is more than a commitment—it’s a fundamental principle she upholds in every aspect of her work.  

As a testament to her dedication, Maria has built a reputation for providing prompt, professional, and exceptional service. Her ability to handle both small-scale miscellaneous projects and complex undertakings with equal finesse is a clear indication of her versatility and commitment to excellence. Maria’s influence is a key factor in driving the company’s expansion, and her 22 years of involvement with the local Ironworkers union underscores her profound insight into the industry and its workforce. By steering her business towards success, Maria is not only achieving her own goals but also creating avenues for others to prosper.  

Maria’s ambition extends to the empowerment of her local community, where she aims to catalyze professional and economic growth. Her newly established non-profit organization empowers 15–22-year-olds with welding skills, fostering self-reliance and addressing economic disparities. It is a manifestation of her desire to enable others to build their own futures. Navigating an industry that is predominantly male dominated has presented its challenges, but Maria has found the journey to be immensely rewarding. As the owner of MVS Welding and founder of My Sister’s Child, she is deeply invested in her career, driven by a fervent desire to succeed and contribute to the positive transformation of lives within her community.
