With a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare management from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, she brings a robust academic background to her research endeavors. Her current thesis delves into the economic disparities among women of color within the African diaspora, aiming to shed light on the financial repercussions of these inequalities.

Mireille advocates for the integration of artistic methodologies in mental health and organizational development, leveraging her expertise in community organizing to advocate for the use of the arts in diverse spheres, including business, advocacy, and empowering African women immigrants to build wealth.
